Where is your spa located nearby?

Our address is 3713 University drive, suite A, Durham NC 27707.  We are situated across the street form Durham O2 Fitness center and near Sam’s Club.

Do you have couples massage?

Sorry, currently two or more people at the same time appointments are not available. However, we can arrange consecutive appointments for group members upon request.

 

Do you offer mobile massage service? 

We do not offer mobile massage service at the Ruby Spa.

 

Does your spa offer shower services, such as a table shower?

No, we do not have shower services available at the Ruby Spa.

 

What type of massage do you offer?

Currently, we offer Thai, Swedish, and Deep Tissue COMBINATION Massage. (Sports Massage is not available).

Do you offer gift cards for massage services? How can I purchase a massage gift card for my friend at your store?

Gift card program is not available at this time in the Ruby Spa. However, you can still treat your friend to a massage by make an appointment through our online booking system. After you've make the booking you can simply forward the confirmation email to your friend as a gift.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be made in advance. Please call us at 212-696-0963 or visit www.theRubySpa.com to schedule an appointment.

 

What is the latest appointment available at your spa?

Spa hours: Mon – Sat 9am-9pm, Sun 1pm-8pm. Latest appointment available one hour before closing. Book three hours in advance to give therapists time to prepare. 

 

Can I schedule an appointment for tomorrow by phone call?

Unfortunately, we only accept same-day appointments for phone call or text bookings at 212-696-0963. For appointments on other days, please use our online booking system, which is available 24/7. Please visit our website, www.therubyspa.com, to check for availability and book appointments. Thank you.

 

Is tipping included in the service price or pay separately?

The price listed is solely for the massage service itself. A tip is not included. However, if you are willing to tip your therapist, please do so separately after the session. All tips go directly to your massage therapist. Kindly bring the tip to the front desk after the session. Tipping inside the treatment room is not permitted.

 

Do you have any discount programs available?

Yes, we offer promotions and discounts. Book your first appointment online to receive a $10 discount credited to your account. You can also receive $10 off on your next visit when you return within a week, or by sharing feedback about us on our website. Please note that the promotions and discounts can only be applied once per visit.
