At The Ruby Spa, each of our massage therapists has the opportunity to set their own prices for their massage therapy appointments, offer flexibility in how they price their work. Our clients can choose their preferred therapist based on the therapist's posted prices and unique offers. This feature helps our therapists build a regular client base and adjust their prices over time as they gain more experience and attract more clients. Description

Positions are available with full time and part time hours. Must be able to work some weekend hours. Applicants must have working knowledge of massage therapy and be familiar with a variety of techniques (Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, etc.). Knowledge of other modalities of massage is a plus!

Duties will include performing a detailed intake of new clients and giving the best massage that fits each client's needs. Provide a treatment plan and ongoing care until the client's issues are resolved. Provide high quality massage for existing clients - listening to their needs and issues is crucial. Help maintain and keep the work area clean. Help keep massage rooms clean and ready for usage. Assist with keeping linens clean.

 

Requirements

All applicants must be currently licensed in North Carolina and have current liability insurance, with no claims, sanctions, or restrictions.
